Barbara Jean Norman 74 of 1491 Goddard Ave Seneca, the mother of Barbara Blassingame transitioned into a peaceful rest on Saturday July 14, at her home. Services will be held on Friday July 20 at 3:00 Seneca family Life Center. Burial will be at Oconee Memorial Park. The family is at the home. Gilbert Mortuary is in charge of the services.
