Danny Ray Griffin

Danny Ray Griffin was born to John Thurman Griffin and Beulah Carter Griffin Compton in Florence, SC on March 11, 1953. He lived in Seneca, SC where he passed away Thursday November 25, 2021 engaged to Blanche Chapman.
He was the father of Mark David Griffin and John Thurman Griffin.
Those who called him Grandaddy were the apples of his eye. They were Mark David (DJ), Christian, Honey "Shianne", Autumn and Jessica
Danny Ray's siblings were Ann Evans, Nancy Creel, Kathy Parker, Ernest Daniels, Joann Cusaac, Gladys Tucker and Mary Nelson.
He had several great grandchildren whom he adored. Hunter, Hayden, Mason, Carter, Addilyn, Carson, Carissa and one on the way.
Danny was a soldier in the US Army for 14 years and was still a soldier at heart until the day he died.
 

The Viewing Service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021. From 12pm- 4pm in the M.J.G Memorial Chapel, Gilbert Mortuary.

Funeral/ Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 1pm, M.J.  Dolly Copper Veterans Cemetery, 140 Inway Drive, Anderson S.C, 29621.

Mask are mandatory for attendance.
