David Clemmons 66, of Washington,DC, passed away Wednesday, January 25th at NMS Healthcare of Silver Springs,MD. Services will be held Saturday February 4th, 3 pm at St. Mathews Baptist Church in Westminster, SC. The family is at the home of his sister Betty Johnson 288 Ann Davis St. in Westminster. There will be no wake.
