Thomas Edward Rice, 71, of Seneca S.C transitioned into eternal rest and gained his wings on Sunday, April 30, 2023.

The Funeral will be on Sunday, May 7th in the M.J.G Memorial Chapel, Gilbert Mortuary. Burial will follow at Heritage Memorial , Westminster S.C.
