Charles Edward Smith 50 of 104 Willow St Seneca S C died on Feb 27 at Oconee Memorial Hospital . Services will be held Sunday Feb 4 at 2 pm at Shiloh Baptist Church in Townville S C . Burial will be the church cemetery . Body will be placed in the church at 1 pm on Sunday. The family is at the home of his sister Pamela Patterson 1658 Sequoya Way Seneca S C Gilbert s Mortuary is in charge
